Pedernales Hall, 3500 sq. ft. of space, is found behind a delightful old West facade. The lower level is a large event/dance/meeting hall and commercial kitchen.The upstairs hosts a large balcony overlooking the event below, and the Sunset Apartment Suite.

The Hall is available daily between 8 am and midnight, at a daily rate of $800. It can be leased for the full weekend (Friday at 3 p.m. through Sunday at 3 p.m.) for $1700. A deposit and % down may be required to reserve Pedernales Hall. Cost includes cleaning before and after use. Renters set up tables and chairs to meet their needs. A variety of AV equipment may be available for use. Beverages and meals may be prearranged with catering partners.

The Sunset Apartment Suite has a charming parlor, a small kitchen and two sleeping rooms. The nightly rate is $195.
